ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - QUIKSILVER- FULL TIME - ELIZABETH, NJ

Our Assistant Store Managers thrive in the retail environmentcreating an amazing experience for our customers. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivering of financial results by creating a positive environment and through think of the customer first, inspiring creativity, and helping to drive store sales.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

· Previous retail and/or customer service experience.

· Previous management experience.

· Previous inventory experience.

· Strong communication, influencing and time management skills.

· Enjoy being part of a team environment.

· Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

· The ability to safely lift 30 lbs. and can maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom

Hourly Rate Range: $24.00

The indicated pay range is what Boardriders reasonably expects to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be determined based on a variety of considerations such as work location, work experience, industry experience, education, seniority, responsibility level, or similar factors.
