Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Treasury Administrator to join our team. The Treasury
Administrator will provide support to the Treasury Department by assisting with various administrative
and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to
detail, and the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Process and print Accounts Payable checks for mailing
• Initiate manual wires and ACHs in online banking system
• Support Treasury team in preparing various financial reports, financial forecasts, and budget
monitoring.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and distribute financial correspondence, memos, and reports as instructed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of treasury-related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance,
accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or treasury department.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and
prioritize workload effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in treasury or cash management is a plus.
