What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tank Helper position at Boasso?

Boasso Global is seeking a Tank Helper to support operations at our Channelview, TX facility.
The primary responsibilities of a Tank Helper include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting tank mechanics by transporting materials and helping where needed.
- Installing small cladding patches while operating a hand crank crimping machine for tanks and containers
- Details and paints containers and frames
- Buffing inside of tanks
- Removes tags or marks and moves finished work
- Other duties as assigned
- Follow safety protocol.
Requirements:
- Must be able to wear a respirator
- Must able & willing to climb in & out of tanks
- Read and comprehend measurements
Preferred Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience working in an industrial setting.
