What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly/Shipping position at BoatEFX LLC?
Duties:
- Assemble and prep products for shipping
- Sandblast and prep products for powder coat
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
- Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation, including invoices and shipping labels
- Operate forklift to move and organize inventory as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assembly area
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge to assemble or fabricate products is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools for packaging and handling items
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be reliable, have good communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
