Primary duties and responsibilities, not limited to :
Provide a happy and genuine greeting to each and every customer
Inquire as to how you may assist each and every customer
Promptly answer incoming telephone calls, provide information, and transfer calls using best practices
Cashier repair orders and special orders
Generate special orders for customer requests of non-stocked items
Maintain a tidy workspace suitable for public view
Ensure retail space is neat, clean, and tidy (vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, etc.)
Maintain adequate levels of inventory for retail consumption
Take responsibility for merchandising and product presentation of the retail area
Stock shelves as required by inventory plan
Be on-time for all scheduled shifts
Maintain and accept responsibility to cash drawer accuracy of 100%
Process end of day reports, daily
Make outbound calls to boat owners to solicit consignment inventory
Process intake paperwork of consignment inventory
Requirements
High school diploma
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to turn an upset customer into a champion of the organization
Basic mathematical skills
Strong desire to build relationships, and create positive interactions with others
