We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Host/Host, you will welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. **Duties:**
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide assistance to guests as needed
- Handle phone inquiries and manage guest inquiries professionally
- Support in maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests waiting for tables
**Skills:**
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Open Table or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
