Warehouse Replenisher

Description

Summary:

The Replenisher is responsible for operating (Walki-rider /Forklift ) to retrieve bulk stock product to replenish designated pick locations and racks throughout the warehouse while emphasizing focus on Rotation ,safety, quality, and housekeeping to meet the daily goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Receive order from Task unit to replenish product to designated pick location
• Prior to signing out equipment perform pre-operational inspection
• Replenish flow Rack location
• Replenish Kegs
• Use Forklift to replenish from full pallet location
• Follow Date rotation verification process at all times
• Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times
• Meet and maintain department quality/productivity standards
• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the shift and at designated times
• Ensure inventory accuracy by following documented procedures
• Other duties as deemed necessary or assigned

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills required
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean & safe environment
• May be required to use RF scanner gun
• Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards

Physical demands and abilities:

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or ability to move objects that weigh more than 165 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
