We are looking for the right Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Schedule: Part time
This is an IN-PERSON position.
Requirements:
B.D. Peterson, MD. INC. is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is:
· Interested in working in an independent Family Medicine practice with a steady workflow and dedicated staff.
· Able to analyze data from medical reports and exam findings to deliver effective patient care
· Skilled in time management, able to stay on task and meet requirements.
· Must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
· Minimum 2 years of increasingly independent clinical experience, preferably in Family Medicine.
. Applicant must be Nationally Certified and eligible for a California and DEA License.

Job Duties:
Independently obtain a relevant health and medical history
Performs a physical examination based on age and history and dictates a record of patient encounter.
Perform and/or orders preventive and diagnostic procedures based on the patient’s age and history.
Identify health and medical risk factors.
Provide patients with relevant health information and counseling.
