Here’s what you will be doing:
- The Receiving Equipment Operator is responsible for accurately putting away product in the designated locations throughout the Distribution Center. The operators utilize a cherry picker style lift and RF scanners in order to successfully complete their duties.
- Safely operate a Cherry Picker lift up to 40ft. in the air.
- Utilize RF scanners in order to identify and locate product.
- Load staged product from dock area onto cherry picker lift.
- Move product from lift into proper location on the storage racks.
- Cooperate with team members to complete tasks and set goals
- Contribute to a company culture that champions honesty, integrity, diversity, and community
- All other duties as assigned
This is what you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere
- Must have experience operating forklift and/or cherry picker equipment.
- Comfortable with heights up to 40ft. in the air.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the department, which includes availability for weekends
- Must be able to pass physical assessment with a push or pull requirement up to 250 lbs.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
