Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. Duties:
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee boba preparation and ensure high quality standards are maintained
- Handle cash transactions
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency and profitability
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong leadership skills
