ABOUT THE SERVICE TIRE SPECIALIST ROLE
The Service Tire Specialist will be responsible for educating team members and clients on all things tire related. The primary goal is to improve sales and exceed client and team member expectations with effective communication and providing accurate information.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 7am to 5pm.
CUSTOMER-FACING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contacting existing clients by phone, email, or text to answer tire related questions or concerns
- Providing assistance on customer tire sales transactions
- Working as a liaison between the client, auto manufacturer, and the tire manufacturer on processing warranty claim
INTERNAL DEALERSHIP GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track both advisor and dealership overall sales and performance
- Educating both parts and service team members in performing best tire sales practices
- Maintain accurate online data for tire specifications
- Communicate with tire providers about upcoming tire availability for inventory purposes
- Assist in publishing current tire rebates and manufacturer incentives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Prior automotive and/or tire sales experience is required
- Ability to educate and inspire team members
- Highly organized
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
