The BAA portfolio includes such brands as World Famous (tattoo inks), FK Irons (tattoo machines), NeoMetal (body jewelry) and Painful Pleasures (tattoo supplies and body jewelry), Peak and Precision (tattoo cartridges), as well as Microbeau and Perma Blend (permanent make-up pens and inks).

We are looking for an experienced Order Filler to join our growing team!

Major Responsibilities:

· Work proactively and independently in all order fulfillment functions by filling orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

· Maintain a high level of accuracy (99%) weekly

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail

· Work closely with Warehouse Manager and team by asking questions when necessary and alerting appropriate parties when supplies are out of stock

· Assisting with inventory counting, restocking, warehouse cleaning and other warehouse work as assigned

Key Performance Indicators:

• Productivity in fulfilling and packing orders
• Accuracy in fulfilling and packing orders
• Time management & prioritization of tasks

Job Qualifications:

· Be able to perform duties by working independently and as a team

· Be proactive, have the ability to fulfill orders accurately with strong attention to detail

· Use sound judgment in resolving issues by taking direction from the warehouse supervisor.

· Experience in a order fulfillment position is a plus, but not required.

· High School Graduate or equivalent GED required, Associates' or Bachelors' degrees are a plus.

· Be able to move throughout the warehouse independently as directed if needed, ascend/descend ladders, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
