We are currently interviewing for Furnace Operator in Holland, MI
Bodycote offers:
- Starting wages are $18.00 - $21.00 depending on experience

- Shift differential for off shifts at $0.50 per hour

- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- 11:00 pm – 7:30 am Monday - Friday

This very active position includes loading and unloading incoming components while learning to operate heat treatment furnaces. In addition, you will:
- Control and monitor heat treat furnaces while following written procedures on shop orders
- Prepare work for processing; load and unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, etc.
- Bring any unusual problem or irregularity to the attention of a supervisor
- Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping
- This position will allow for cross-training and the development of additional skills
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months experience in heat treating preferred, but not required.
- May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends
- May need to obtain and maintain forklift operation certification
- Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
