Spa Coordinator

As our Spa Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the stage for an unforgettable spa experience. Think of yourself as the director of first impressions, a guru of guest services, and a maestro of multitasking.

Position Description: Responsible for providing superior customer service in all aspects of the spa to ensure that guests receive a memorable and satisfying experience.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 1 year(s) experience in a spa/salon environment and retail sales (preferred)

• 1 year(s) experience in customer service (required)

• Experience in a similar role such as front desk/receptionist

• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively, efficiently, and with grace

• Proficient with modern technology

• Experience with Vagaro Software Booking System preferred

• Exemplary phone etiquette

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of staff, guests, involved spa partners and community.

• Self confident, organized, multitasker, problem solver, and a team spirit that lifts everyone up, and a love for all things spa

Job Responsibilities:

• Anticipate, identify and ensure guest needs are being met in a friendly and professional manner while ensuring their complete comfort and satisfaction

• Efficiently and cordially answer phones educating guests on services/products

• Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of spa and and products in order to optimize customer satisfaction

• Schedules and confirms all appointments according to spa protocols in order to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

• Check guests in and out using software system

• Perform sales transactions and daily cash-outs following company protocols to ensure high standard of accuracy

• Responsible for opening and closing the spa following standard operating procedures

• Exhibit a professional attitude

• Maintain calendars and scheduling for multiple team members

• Maintain a beautiful physical environment in all the areas of the spa

• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and discusses concerns or problems immediately with management

• Knowledge and understanding of spa services and of skincare product lines carried

• Maintain appropriate communication and good interpersonal skills with management, staff and guests to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high quality service and customer satisfaction

• Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all treatments and services in order to maximize each sale and optimize schedule for appointments

• Participate in general team meetings, planned seminars/events and/or educational trainings as scheduled

• Maintain a polished and professional personal image

• Ensure retail display area is maintained and organized

• Finding resolutions in difficult situations

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

PAY:

Starting pay $16.25

Opportunity for retail commissions

Flexible Scheduling

3 Days Weekly - We’re looking for 2 individuals for this position. This will allow more flexibility in schedule and a rotating Saturday for this position. We hope to find and train a dynamic duo to represent our spa, care for our guests and team.
