Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking an Senior Digital Engineer to join their team.

Work Location: Huntsville, AL

Remote Work: None; 100% on site 

 As a Senior Digital Engineer on this team you will:

• Play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives and develop innovative solutions to meet our customer’s evolving needs.
• Lead the development and implementation of digital engineering strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously exploring opportunities to leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies in the digital engineering field.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and helping them develop relevant skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions and achieve project milestones.

Requirements

Experience in the following areas:

• Significant MBSE Leadership and architecture experience
• Significant MBSE experience using Cameo, Rhapsody, or other similar modeling tools
• Full MBSE Lifecycle experience from Architecture design through qualification and delivery
• Program or IPT MBSE leadership experience
• Experience with Military or Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs
• Good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to work independently

This position requires a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. 

This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.

• GMD program experience
• Requirements development experience
• Agile development experience
• Utilization of Digital Engineering environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Review work of junior system engineers
• Brief completed work at iteration demonstrations
• Brief completed work to stakeholders

Required Education:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD 9 years' related work experience, Master 12 years' related work experience).

Summary Pay Range: Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  - $138,000 - $207,000
