The Boeing Company is looking for a Procedures Coordinator to join our team in Renton, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide flight operations, safety and technical support to Boeing internal and external customers at multiple levels.
- Work with the Technical Pilots and other Procedure Coordinators in the XXX group.
- Support new aircraft and system development and certification efforts.
- Develop and validate procedures and operating techniques and assisting other Procedures Coordinators with cross-model procedures.
- Provide information and specialized technical services to Company and customer flight crews to enhance flight operations efficiency.
- Research, edit, document and coordinate publication of procedures, checklists, bulletins and techniques for operating Boeing aircraft.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience authoring flight crew operations manuals
- Experience with Adobe Framemaker software
- Experience working in the aviation industry
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
