The Airplane Systems Integration Organization Technical Integration Team is currently hiring Associate, Experienced or Senior Project Integration Engineers in Everett, WA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Experienced and Senior Project Integration Engineers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for providing cross functional integration across all of our products. This will include but not limited to the following:
- Leads Emerging issue resolution for cross functional projects
- Drives standardization and implementation of technical excellence initiatives (Process Assurance, Technical Design Reviews, etc.) across functional teams.
- Integrations of Airplane Systems cross functional requirements
- MBE/MBSE tool validation and verification, early lab coordination, integration of functional MBE/MBSE roadmaps
- Engages in Development Assurance strategy for current and future airplanes using Lessons learned from 777X and 737MAX, Technical and Process BPSM quality, Design Practice Development and Implementation.
- Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
- Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
- 2 or more years of experience in any airplane systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in design engineering / Engineering Design processes
- Experience in developing and managing metrics and Design Assurance or Process Assurance
- Solid Communication Skills
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Experienced (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master 3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
Senior (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master 3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

Summary pay range Associate: $88,400 – $119,600
Summary pay range Experienced: $108,800 – $147,200
Summary pay range Senior: $135,150 – $182,850
