We are seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator (Level C) to join our Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) team. This position is located in Hazelwood or Berkeley, Missouri, Mesa, Arizona, or North Charleston, South Carolina.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Research, Development and Innovation procurement team. This team directly supports the engineering community in research, development, and testing of new technologies. In this role, you will complete procurement responsibilities for low value, non-complex procurement activities, and releases to previously negotiated strategic agreements. You will support and partner with our procurement agents in tasks related to higher-value procurement transactions.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepares customer specific charts and reports for procurement agents and management to support analysis and management of procurement elements such as supplier cost, delivery and quality.
Trains and coaches less experienced Procurement Coordinators. Completes procurement responsibilities for low value, non complex procurements and releases to previously negotiated strategic agreements.
Supports Procurement Agents in tasks related to higher-value procurement transactions. Enters data, runs queries, performs updates and edits databases for procurement agents, management and other customers to ensure data integrity and timeliness.
Collects, prioritizes, edits and provides data from various computer systems and databases to procurement agents and management in order to effectively evaluate processes and performance within the procurement cycle. Communicates with suppliers, procurement agents and internal customers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle such as quotes, billing, contracts and other documentation discrepancies to ensure contractual compliance. Captures documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, statements of work) from various data sources and sends to suppliers, in order to define contractual requirements.
Schedules and prioritizes meetings, records and distributes meeting minutes and agendas, processes and files forms and documentation and performs other administrative tasks, to assist in the efficiency of procurement operations.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate 2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.)
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3 years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
1 years of experience do you have using the ePARTS requirement system
1 years of experience do you have as a user of NetWORKS Procurement (NWP)
1 years of direct relevant experience with SAP S/4HANA, and strong working understanding of ERP operational processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associate's degree or higher
Military experience
3 years of experience supporting internal and external customers
3 years of experience as a Procurement Coordinator and /or Administrator
Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Summary pay range: $46,750 – $63,250
