Job Description
This program management position includes responsibility for execution of existing contracted scope as well as collaboration with customer and end user to establish follow-on support and technology advancement contracts.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete P&L ownership and accountability for all aspects of program execution
- Participates in the negotiation of contracts to support applicable capture and strategy to execute to contractual program requirements
- Functions as the point of contact for the customer and Insitu/ Boeing stakeholders to cultivate necessary relationships internally and externally
- Works closely with Insitu Global Growth, Capture Team Leads, Program Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement, Contracts, Finance and Trade Compliance in developing strategies, opportunities and agreements.
- Conducts quarterly and annual Program reviews with Enterprise Leadership and deploys strategies that ensure growth in profitability
- Serve as a liaison between customer and functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Coordinating with focal(s) from multiple Divisions and Business Units to ensure consistent execution strategies are being deployed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management / Program Management background with professional program management credential.
- Experience with Offset/Industrial Participation programs.
- Experience with implementation and management of large customer Programs and Supplier Management.
- Experience with business case execution with a strong financial acumen.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Experience developing actionable plans that align with broader Enterprise commitments.
- Experience in developing strong relationships with partners (internal and external) and government representatives through superior communication skills, cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Must have the ability to travel internationally 25-50% of the time.
- Strong Verbal & Written communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 10-14 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree or 8-12 years with Master's degree.
- International business and/or Department of Defense experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
