Our Talent Attraction team is looking for a Candidate Development Specialist who embodies this purpose. They will use creative and innovative approaches to source prospective candidates to continue growing our Best-in-Class organization.

- Support the Talent Attraction team in identifying and cultivating an extensive talent pipeline to address Bohler’s current and future hiring needs
- Utilize social media channels, niche platforms and referrals from our current employee network to identify and connect with prospective qualified candidates
- Generate candidate interest through frequent and consistent distribution of talent attraction messaging
- Develop and maintain candidate target lists that align with our functional needs across various geographic locations
- Regularly engage network of candidates who have applied and/or interviewed at Bohler previously for either changing interest or possible referrals
- Review resumes and pre-screen potential candidates to determine their qualifications
- Provide Talent Attraction team with market assessments, candidate profiles, and summaries of prospect discussions
- Log and maintain all prospective candidate information into Bohler’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), including effective candidate contact methods (phone numbers, e-mail addresses etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior experience with candidate sourcing and development or talent market research; experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); iCIMS preferred
- Familiarity with, and experience navigating, multiple social media channels, professional sites, and resume databases
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for details
