Boiling Point is a growing Taiwanese Hot Soup specialty restaurant with locations in the US and Canada. Purpose/ Summary:

To ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support the work of management and other staff. Act as gatekeeper for the office who will greet and direct guests, answering and managing phone calls and transfers, and oversee the front lobby and waiting area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling front office reception duties including but not limited to:

• Support marketing event execution and market analysis & planning
• Monitor product and campaign in-market performance, responsible for sales tracking
• Support the marketing team to prepare and update product promotional materials – menu, table card, poster, website, and production schedule control
• Promote brand marketing through engaging with public via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
• Support Marketing Specialist in organizing various projects
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website
• Identify appropriate media channels where each product or service can be delivered to the public
• Work cross functionally, especially as a liaison between Graph, Merchandise, Operations, and other required departments
• Provide administrative and operation support to the entire marketing team and other departments as needed
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
• Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity, and conduct

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of marketing experience
• Knowledge of marketing
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
• Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written)
• Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process

Physical demands:

• Ability to continuously stand or walk
• Ability to bend and lift occasionally
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally

Work environment:

• Work will be conducted in an office environment
• May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area
• May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
• Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud
