Duties & Responsibilities:
- Mix non-alcoholic drinks per BP standards based on client requests
- Must have thorough knowledge of all items on the drink menu
- Ensures all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area
- Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware
- Keep dish room clean and organized
- Responsible for general housekeeping as needed including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, clean trash cans and remove trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is low
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
- Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
