Schedule: Days/Nights and Weekends as needed to fill in for other Leads and train new employees.
Safety:
- Work with Dept. Head to review and establish job SOP's for each position. Work with new team members to ensure they understand the SOP.
- Work on shift with new team members to validate and document proficiency in their job.
- Perform off shift / on shift safety observations (Peer to Peer) with TMs to promote understanding and knowledge.
- Work with new team members to perform LTV certification
Operations:
- Work with Dept. Head to review and establish job procedures with clear proficiency expectations
- Work with Dept. Head to establish a proficiency check sheet for operators
- Work on shift / off shift to review and document operator proficiency
- Work off shift / on shift with operators to provide hands on training / job skill training
- Assist Dept. Head in training TM to understand and use available TO reports and Ignition data.
Reliability:
- Work hands on with operators to demonstrate operator performed PM's
- Perform periodic PM audits
- Perform machine inspections as directed by Dept. Head. Enter work request for issues found.
- Work with Dept. Head to create equipment centerline check sheets for equipment centers. Incorporate these check sheets into operator training.
