Overnight Cleaner/Prep

Bojangles is seeking a dedicated Overnight Prep and Cleaning Team Member to join our team. This critical role plays a key part in ensuring our restaurant is ready to serve delicious meals to our customers each day. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Food Preparation:** - Assist in food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients as per Bojangles' recipes. - Ensure all food products are stored and labeled correctly.

2. **Cleaning and Sanitation:** - Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, surfaces, and utensils to meet food safety standards. - Maintain a tidy and hygienic workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing. - Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

3. **Inventory Management:** - Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low.

4. **Compliance with Safety Standards:** - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.

5. **Team Collaboration:** - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during the night shift. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding any issues or needs.

6. **Adherence to Shift Schedule:** - Follow the assigned overnight shift schedule diligently and ensure punctuality.

**Requirements:** - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. - Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods. - Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
