Family Law Paralegal

Bolan Law Group, P.S., is looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join our wonderful team. You must have the desire to work with people and have excellent organizational and customer service skills. Much of your time will be spent providing support for one or more attorneys, drafting and proof-reading documents, reviewing and organizing documents, communicating with clients, and filing documents with various courts. Other duties include operating a multi-line phone system, working directly with clients, filing, and organizing files.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Pierce County local court rules and e-filing
  • Familiarity with family law preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and very detail oriented
  • Exceptional drafting and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
  • A professional demeanor and punctuality with a good work ethic
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Works well independently, takes initiative and is a self-starter
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook
  • Calendaring deadlines
  • At least one year of Paralegal Experience
  • Salary DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
