- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the implementation of architectural solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of software systems.
- Mentor and coach development teams on software design principles, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in software architecture and design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role, with a track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex software systems.
- In-depth knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture), and design patterns.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies, with a strong foundation in object-oriented design and development.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, make sound architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership and guidance.
