Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Supervisor to join our team. As a Curriculum Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational materials and programs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of our organization and learners. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
- Develop and design curriculum materials for classroom and online training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content
- Utilize instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE, to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Manage the development process, including project timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance
- Incorporate interactive elements, multimedia, and assessments into the curriculum
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology
- Present curriculum proposals to internal stakeholders for review and approval
- Coordinate with external vendors or consultants as needed for curriculum development projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms
- Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM) and multimedia authoring tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
