About the Job
Plenty of freight and minimal sit time
Drivers are preplanned before delivering most of the time
We do not have any local routes at this time
This is not a home every day or every weekend position
Drivers will be out about 18 days or basically home every 3rd weekend
65 cpm all miles for teams
5k to 6k team miles per week
$3500 - $4000 split per week
60 cpm all miles for solos
3k to 4k solo miles per week
$1800 to $2400 per week
Paid weekly by direct deposit
If you do not have a co driver, we will match you with someone you will be comfortable with
You will be able to talk to the other driver before being placed
This is a 1099 position so no taxes will be taken out
Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen

Job Summary
- Contract Driver (1099, Team)
- Dry Van
- $0.65 - $0.65 CPM
- 5,000 - 6,000 avg. miles per week per team
- Line Haul, LTL
- No Driver Load / Unload
- No slip seating
Home Time
- 18 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 3 days of home time for every 18 days worked
- Home at least one weekend per month
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
- Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Orientation Details
- Orientation is not paid for
- Accommodation is covered
- Shared bedrooms
- No meals are included
- Covers some or all travel expenses
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (M) Medical Variance
- Must have (X) Tank Vehicles / Hazardous Materials endorsement at time of hire
- 2 years OTR experience
