Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and maintain project work backlog, Sprints, client technical deliverables, schedules, risks and communication. Performs as Scrum Master as needed, conducts Sprint planning, retrospectives and follow-up with improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership in various Software solutions and deliverables in terms of architecture, design and development, as needed.
  • Supervise Solutions in terms of overall architecture, design, development, testing and maintenance of PC Hardware Diagnostic software solutions for world-wide factory and customer releases. Diagnostic solutions interfaces PC low level components using various APIs and h/w, f/w, BIOS Protocols.
  • Work with various client subject matter experts (SME), stakeholders such as PM/Program managers, R&D personnel to clearly manage expectations, cross-functional deliverables and maintain relationship.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of Strong Technical Project management and Leadership experience managing Project teams, Software Technical deliverables, issue resolutions, risk and client escalation management
  • 3 years of Technical lead experience directly responsible for designing Software solutions, leading a team of software developers, exercising phases of software development life cycle.
  • 4 years of development experience in C /.Net/C# programming environment with a good knowledge of Technical development ecosystems and Software Debugging
  • 4 years of Professional experience working in high-tech industry, especially related to field of PC Hardware programming, Computer R&D environment.
  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferred in Computer information systems, Computer science (CS), Electrical engineering (EE).

Must be located near Fort Collins, CO to apply. This position is open to be a contract or full-time role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
