Duties

Experience

-Quick learner to become familiar with our company products and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others to promote Bolton Air.
-Answer phones and process incoming customer correspondence, including texts and email. Follow up with customers for decisions on service proposals made by technicians.
-HVAC office experience with scheduling, dispatching service calls and working closely with field technicians to prioritize and manage changes to the schedule and customer needs in real time is preferred. Proficient in using HouseCall Pro office management software and Microsoft office. Other trades using same software is acceptable.
-Ability to efficiently group jobs on the schedule for prioritization and dispatch.
-Highly organized, no-nonsense, and straightforward in maintaining accurate customer records.
-Coordinating with purchasing to ensure timely availability of required parts for effective technician job scheduling.
-Motivated self-starter with proactive positive attitude, team player and willingness to collaborate with all departments.
-Optimistic, flexible and creative in using time wisely to be productive, a natural multi-tasker with a great attitude on life.
-Understand the overall goals and coordinate the technicians to deliver the best service most efficiently across a wide range of customer locations and needs.
