Work Location:

Who we're looking for...

As a Data Analyst at BombBomb, you will gather and process data from a variety of sources to understand the state of business operations, GTM performance, and financial outcomes. There will be a need for cleaning and converting of data to more usable formats. You will work with other team members to validate this data and ultimately create dashboards to share this data with stakeholders and key decision makers, and to continuously monitor it. Along the way there will be ad hoc analyses and data requests, so you will have to prioritize the work and your time effectively. 

The Data Analyst is highly collaborative with a cross-functional team, including Finance, Marketing, Revenue, and Product. Your role will be pivotal in transforming raw data into meaningful insights to drive desired business outcomes. You bring a combination of technical and business savvy, with an eye for bringing data to life to solve for business needs. You’re someone who enjoys communicating complex ideas with stakeholders, is comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple projects, and doesn’t shy away from collaborative problem solving. 

What you will do…

• Create reports from various data sources
• Clean, convert, and practice overall data hygiene to make data usable
• Perform data analysis within defined requirements from stakeholders
• Create dashboards and report on data findings in regular cadences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Inform the business into trends and patterns uncovered in data analysis

Our ideal candidate will be or have…

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5 years in data analysis in a fast moving environment (SaaS preferred)
• Experience working with financial data and reporting
• Strong Excel experience
• Strong experience working with Tableau
• Ability to query and manipulate data with SQL
• Demonstrated, hands on experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau
• Experience pulling data from Salesforce, Chargebee, Zendesk, Outreach
• Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation:

The total compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
