SUMMARY
This role delivers data and analytical support to the team in relation to the benefit programs provided to all of our associates. These include regularly scheduled reports as well as ad hoc reporting. This role will be required to take raw data and manipulate it in a manner that the end user can make informed decisions
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Learn and understand the components of the BSMH benefit plans.
Running simple reporting from various data warehousing systems for users that otherwise wouldn't have access.
Review and verify the data integrity and accuracy within our sources both internal and external.
Maintain strict confidentiality of data and projects as required.
Manipulating this data to create basic reporting and data visualization.
Ability to provide simple ad hoc reporting in a timely fashion.
Support team members in ensuring requestors and business leaders have an accurate understanding of the data, dashboard, or information provided, including limitations.
Working with team members and requesters to understand ministry needs.
Staying up to date with the latest reporting technologies.

Licensing/Certification
PHR – Professional in HR (preferred)
CEBS – Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (preferred)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
