Daily duties include answering calls, assisting customers, organizing customer and vender files, taking payments, record keeping, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Creating and maintaining filing systems for orders, invoices, and other documents.
- Assistance in the preparation and processing of customer orders and managing customer databases.
- Managing and responding to incoming emails.
- Ensuring orders have been processed.
- Communicating with vendors as needed.
- Data entry and ensuring data accuracy and organization.
