Construction Supervisor- Repairs Division

If so, come join us as Bone Dry is in search of a qualified Repair Technician Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience meeting with homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions, a customer service focus in their work, and the ability to interact professionally with customers. This qualified individual will be able to start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner, picking up or ordering all materials for jobs, and performing quality control on all jobs. As well perform quality control on repairs, and aid in the repair as needed.

• Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
• Start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner.
• Pick up or order all materials for jobs.
• Perform quality control on all jobs.
• Fill out all sub-pay worksheets.
• Do a final walk-through with the homeowner and subcontractor.
• Collect payment for all jobs no later than 14 days.
• Repair Shingle, Tile, and Metal roofs, all steep slope materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license.
• Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face-to-face.
• Customer service focus and diligent mindset.
• Previous experience working with roofing and masonry repairs.
• Ability to safely climb ladder to access customer roofs, and attics as needed.

• 100% Commission w/ supplemental rate of $20/hour for other duties as needed.
