What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Togo Specialist position at Bonefish Grill?
As a Host your number one priority is to make our Guests feel as if they are Guests in your own home. You are the Guests’ first and last impression of Bonefish, so make sure it is a positive one. You will also be:
Greeting and engaging our Guests
- Smiling and having genuine conversations with Guests
- Managing the wait by leading the lobby
- Coordinating the wait and seating guests
As a To-Go Specialist you will be responsible for exceeding the guest’s expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. A To-Go Specialist will be required to develop extensive product knowledge of the menu to explain and suggest offerings to the guest, upselling products when appropriate.
The To-Go Specialist is also responsible for:
- Making memorable experiences for our guests
- Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
- Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in hospitable, timely manner
- Assembling and delivering orders with hospitality and a smile
- Being a team player
No experience required. You make $9.54 plus tips with potential for hourly wage increase and advancement opportunities for Serving and other positions.
