Part-Time Client Service Associate

What it’s about:

Bonfire Financial is a unique, fiduciary, fee only Registered Investment Advisor, and we are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Part-Time Client Services Associate to join our team at Bonfire Financial.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for delivering value to clients and getting results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, and a desire to assist clients with their inquiries and requests.

Other key roles for this position include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding account information, transactions, and general inquiries.
• Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy and completeness of client information in our database
• Assist in resolving client issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide support in various operational tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve client service processes and procedures.

What We Expect:

• Previous experience in a client service role within the financial services industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.80 - $19.32 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
