As the Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, recipe development, quality assurance, and managing our food service staff. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to our menu while fusing Latin flavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and recipe development with a focus on Latin cuisine
- Ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Managing food costs, ordering, and inventory control
- Hiring, training, and developing kitchen staff
- Creating a positive and professional work environment
- Implementing effective communication systems for the kitchen team
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring product quality
- Meeting sales and profit goals through a well-executed culinary program
Requirements:
- Experience working with Latin cuisine is essential
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
