LABORER - CONCRETE
Bonness, a local, civil site development company is looking for concrete laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to perform tasks involving physical labor on roads/highway/residential/commercial and heavy construction projects. May operate a variety of hand and power tools; clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Perform a variety of tasks involving intense manual labor.
- Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
- Place forms for molding concrete and pour concrete.
- Mix sand, cement, and water in specified proportions to make cement grout or slurry.
- Fill holes and cracks with grout or slurry and smooth surface, using trowel.
- Clean chipped area using wire brush.
- Wet concrete surface and rub surface with stone to obtain specified finish.
- Material handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean job site, pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
- May assist other craft workers (concrete finishers, and foreman).
