Fleet Duties:
- Purchase, register and license all company owned vehicles.
- Manage the advertising wraps for all company vehicles.
- Develop and maintain strategies for fuel efficiency and driver safety; manage fleet vendor relationships and employee gas cards.
- Comply with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations.
- Schedule and maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection, schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, safety and minimize downtime; maintain and manage vendor relationships with maintenance vendors.
- Monitor driver behavior and communicate with operations managers to promote safe driving and customer / public relations.
- Manage the recovery of vehicles as needed.
- Manage employee vehicle assignments; arrange for truck movements between employees.
- Manage load-outs for plumbing trucks and HVAC install trucks.
Facility Duties:
- Coordinate and manage the outsourcing of janitorial services; maintain vendor relationships.
- Manage building repairs or tenant improvements including larger projects such as parking lot sealing or roof repairs; source and maintain vendor relationships.
- Coordinate and manage the outsourcing of landscaping / sprinkler services; maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the fleet yard and outbuildings.
- Manage and maintain the company security system including key fobs and cameras.
Warehouse Duties:
- Manage and control tool room inventory by checking tools in and out using EZ Inventory system.
- Keep tools in good working order by arranging for necessary repairs.
- Work with Operations personnel to track installation equipment inventory using EZ Inventory including HVAC systems, thermostats, and generators.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe with a thought to product flow and efficient movement of product.

- Education, Experience, Certification, and Training:
Location, Physical Requirements, and PPE:
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs, identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, alphabetize, lift and carry under 25 lbs., perceive depth and operate a motor vehicle.
- Conditions may include working inside and/or outside. May work around machines with moving parts and moving objects. Working near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone. Working extended or irregular hours and traveling by all possible modes of transportation.
- Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job functions include but are not limited to computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, telephones, and vehicles.
