Job Description
A Lead is considered the product expert for their store. They are responsible for sharing product and trend knowledge with associates and management to best serve customers and help with the training and development of associates.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise in store processes and policies.
- Awareness of store inventory and trends.
- Oversee the day-to-day merchandising.
- Facilitate the processing of weekly truck shipments and buyback stock in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains used category cadencing and stock levels within the monthly budget.
- Assist Managers with the training and development of Associates.
- Create features for area as assigned by Manager.
- Maintain store conditions according to company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Knowledgeable about product
- 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all background screenings

Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use hands/arms to operate a keyboard and telephone for repetitive motion activities
- Must be able to lift or team lift objects up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without an assistive device
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, or crouch while performing daily activities of the job
