Bookseller

Books Inc. in San Francisco is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking bookseller to join our team. We are currently hiring for a Full-Time position with flexible availability, including both weekdays and weekends.

Applicants must have superior customer service skills and a love for books. Bookstore or book industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include recommending books, shelving, cashiering, maintaining stock and working at author events both at the store as well as at other off-site venues. Additional responsibilities may include overseeing visual merchandising throughout the store, as well as stocking gifts, and/or magazines.

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to read and talk books, can offer friendly customer service, and enjoys working as part of a team. We are looking for someone who can start soon. Come work in a fun bookstore environment with a great team and wonderful, book-loving customers!
