POSITION OVERVIEW
The Shift Leads oversee the day-to-day operations of park attractionsand guest services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
- Model and educate Team Members on Boomers Core Values.
- Ensure adequate daily staffing levels and adherence to daily operational schedule.
- Ensure attractions are operated following standard operating proceduresand always maintaining safe practices.
- Train and develop Team Membersensuring safety is a priority.
- Assist with resolving Guest issues; make sure Team Members are courteous and paying attention to Guests.
- Complete required daily, weekly and monthly documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous leadership experience is a plus.
- CPR / First Aid Certified (will provide training once hired).
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, push, roll and reach over shoulder.
- Must be able to work in an environment with high levels of noise.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
