Job Title: Packaging Lead with Office Management Duties

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for an experienced Packaging Lead with office management skills to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Lead to manage our packaging operations and assist with office management duties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the cannabis industry or a related field, along with excellent recommendations. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily packaging operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Train, mentor, and supervise packaging team members to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Manage METRC input, ensuring all data is input on time and accurately.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production and quality control, to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
• Manage inventory levels of packaging materials, and coordinate with sales reps to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform routine office management tasks, including organizing and maintaining files, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in the coordination of employee schedules, meetings, and other office events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
• Continuously evaluate and improve packaging processes and office procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cannabis packaging regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with office management tasks and basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
