Front Desk Night Auditor

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Night Auditor. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all nightly front desk operations while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and guest folios to ensure accuracy and completeness
– Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and necessary departments
– Provide excellent customer service to guests, handling any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Check-in and check-out guests, making sure all information is accurate and up-to-date
– Assist with any administrative tasks as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Assist with breakfast service in the morning, ensuring food and supplies are stocked and available to guests

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit position preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and efficiently
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel management software
– Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 or older.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
