JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Carrier Liaison Benefits Auditor, you’ll be responsible for researching, communicating & resolving premium discrepancies for one of our biggest national clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Review carrier discrepancy error report information and verify errors from transmissions to partner carriers
• Communicate discrepancy information to client account management team and track completion of update in Benefit Administration System
• Communicate discrepancy information to carrier partners and track completion
• Utilize both our Insight tool as well as any of our partner Benefit Administrations Systems front end eligibility portals
• Resolve issues by working with the ticketing system and other teams servicing the client and partner carriers
• Support a range of processes related to premium billing, remittance and fulfillment between our teams, our carrier partners and the client’s account management teams
• Ensure positive customer and vendor experiences, both externally & internally
• Special projects as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (NOBODY'S PERFECT BUT EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS)

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office & internet browsers
• part-time availability, 20-25 hours each week
• Experience in the insurance industry a plus
• Strong work ethic, with the motivation and discipline to self-manage
• Inherent desire for quality & accuracy in work product
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities & maintain confidential information
