Job Description Additional Job Information PRN Schedule Overview Job Summary: Performs advanced personal care services to home bound patients and follows plan of care and submits paperwork in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities: Performs basic and advanced care to home bound patients including, blood pressures, ostomy, colostomy care, and catheter care. Follows plan of care and notifies supervisor of any problems. Submits paperwork and documentation of care as required. Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.
