Roher Development is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative addition to our team. We own a portfolio of local businesses and need a marketing whiz to own the efforts of each brand as we continue to grow. If you're passionate about videography, have a knack for creativity, and are ready to dive into the world of multi-faceted marketing projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive creative plans from scratch, demonstrating a keen understanding of our brand and target audience.
• Multimedia Production: Utilize your budding videography, photography, and editing skills to create engaging visual content for various marketing channels.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience. This includes the responsibility for weekly, consistent social media posts for our three different companies.
• Online Marketing: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and performance marketing.
• Advertising Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with both online and traditional advertising methods, learning to drive effective marketing campaigns.
• Project Management: Oversee a variety of marketing projects, working closely with our team to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Travel: This position will require weekly travel to different locations owned by the company. Everyday starts at our Home Office with 2-3 days requiring content creation in Lee's Summit or Blue Springs.
• Office Assistance: Assist with general office tasks during downtime, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Basic skills in photography, videography, and editing tools.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
