Senior Manager, Education Development

The Senior Education Development Manager develops, creates and designs multimedia learning materials including but not limited to eLearning, instructor-led, power-points, videos and virtual training. This role supports the sales, education and events department in developing the education curriculum to ensure the field team and beauty advisors are empowered to act as brand experts and deliver exceptional customer service. This individual demonstrates the knowledge to develop materials across all delivery methods and incorporates the understanding of the topics and information as it pertains to different audiences and individuals. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, develop and implement quality training solutions and materials that are aligned with the No7 Beauty Company initiatives 
• Recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance instructional design within development and redevelopment of training 
• Collaboratively work with the brands team to support the development and delivery of training materials for key No7 Beauty Company brands. 
• Support the Director Field Sales, Education and Events with the development, maintenance and delivery of the training manuals and materials required  
• Lead and develop the regional trainers to effectively cascade trainings and act as be the brand experts 
• Work in partnership with the Senior Digital Content Manager to develop education and event materials 
• Develop effective working relationships with local and international teams and externally with agencies to ensure optimization of the training materials.  
• Ability to negotiate and manage vendors for on time and on budget delivery of materials. 

A bit about you…  

• 5 years of graphic design, video editing/production, and animation experience. Proficient with InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. 
• Masters Degree in writing, editing or communications 
• Technically Savvy, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Key Note, Google Forms and content Management systems 
• 5 years of experience in copywriting and branding with a strong sense of marketing 
• 10 years of experience in copyediting and proofreading with a sharp editorial eye 
• Experience managing and developing small teams 
• Strong organizational skills experience overseeing project calendars/timelines 
• Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities 
• Experience working with international partners 
• Background in sales and event planning and execution 
• Passion for adult education
