Administrative Professional, Mid
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling operational tasks in support of a dynamic and high visibility intelligence program. Perform a variety of administrative duties with minimal or no supervision in compliance with oral and written guidance and policies. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and perform a full range of administrative services, including organizing and maintaining filing systems, answering phones, contributing to building and working in a team of administrative professionals, and providing backup for one another, as needed. Maintain SharePoint sites, rosters, organizational charts, and other collateral documentation as directed by client leadership. Promote and collaborate a team environment with other staff on the team and key business leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
1 years of experience with web content management
1 years of experience with multi-format media production
Experience managing projects and programs
Knowledge of intelligence support to planning, execution, and assessment
Ability to produce highly-polished, operational content
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience operating as part of a dynamic team with multiple skillsets and stakeholders
Experience in the United States Intelligence Community (USIC)
Ability to coordinate tracking work in a production environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
