Capability Lead
Key Role:
Manage and track all personnel staffing, onboarding and offboarding activities. Liaison with program leaders to slate internal and external candidates and teammates to open positions, filling staffing requirements in a timely manner. Coordinate all personnel onboarding and offboarding to and from the program. Coordinate with program leaders to identify hiring needs and connect with teammate Points of Contact (POCs), People Services, and other firm and program resources to identify qualified candidates. Attend community and military transition events to provide strategic recruiting support. Maintain program workforce database to ensure proper reporting in real-time.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with data entry and database maintenance, data tracking and analysis, and metrics reporting
- Ability to conduct requirements gathering, research, and analysis
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with consulting for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) programs
- Experience supporting or leading recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or onboarding and offboarding initiatives
- Experience providing direct or indirect mentoring and employee development
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
